We are so grateful for Kim’s help with our girl Poppy. She couldn’t be left alone for more than a couple of minutes before completely freaking out and now we are able to comfortably go out for a couple of hours, all the while Poppy is completely relaxed.

If your dog has an injury or allergy that’s bothering them, doing some short sessions of training, can really help with not only mental stimulation, but taking their minds off things..
Bowie has an injured foot and he is relentlessly, trying to get to it, and has even succeeded getting passed his cone until a bigger one was put on

Digging is a normal doggy behaviour, and if you can find somewhere appropriate for your dog to have a dig (eg dog beach) let them. We suppress so many of our dogs normal behaviours, which definitely puts pressure on sensitive individuals in particular. It’s also a great way to get rid of some excess energy!
First prize: A 1hr behaviour, consultation (in Coogee, NSW if your local), online if you’re not. Value $140 including GST.

We are joining forces with Pound Paws and supporting their mission in regards to shelters in Australia.
Having a rescue dog myself, my beautiful Greyhound Rocket I’m a big supporter of their cause.
Being an experienced trainer, I can also help with the transition from shelter life to home life in an urban environment.
It takes time for dogs to decompress, after being in a shelter environment. Going at their pace is crucial. Every dog is an individual and every dog has past experiences that may not have been positive.
I am happy to help if you have just adopted a rescue dog or you have a rescue dog with behaviour problems.
Sometimes the history is limited and we don’t know what they’ve been through, but I can help you help them feel safe and gradually work through what’s going on. #poundpaws #rescue #rescuedog
